Light Steel Frame Production
We build light steel to your drawings and weld and assemble to your drawings. Light steel frame machines roll-form the profiles and welders weld each piece by hand, so every module frame comes out the same size and fits together smoothly.

Wall and floor precast line
Wall insulation, plumbing and wiring, and window and door openings are all prefabricated in the factory. On site, you just assemble the pieces. That's why we're 60% faster than conventional construction.
Full module assembly line
Each house is split into 2–3 shipping modules and assembled on the production line. This is our core production area, and the stop every customer wants to see on a factory tour.

Full-home finishing workshop
No more finishing work on site. Floors, walls, cabinets, bathrooms, lighting and air conditioning are all installed in the factory along with each module. On site, crews only seal the joints and connect water and power, so you can move in the same day.
Quality control lab
Every home passes three checks before it leaves the factory:
- 4-hour rain test (exterior wall waterproofing)
- Full-building pre-assembly check (so it fits first time on site)
- Full dimension check (tolerance ≤5mm)
Finished Homes on Display
Our finished-goods yard keeps 20㎡–50㎡ models on display all year, and you can walk into every one of them. Come visit the factory anytime — what you see is what you get, and what we deliver is exactly what you saw.

Container loading and logistics
Each home is broken down into standard modules and shipped in containers, which maximizes space utilization and cuts freight costs. One 40HQ container holds the main structure of a single 20㎡ modular home. We work with international freight forwarders year-round and can handle port-to-door or even door-to-door delivery.
