About This Project

Set deep within the Mingsha Mountain area of Dunhuang and surrounded by rolling golden sand dunes, the project uses modular prefabricated construction to deliver a high-end desert luxury Glamping resort. It features two signature modular unit types—A-Frame triangular cabins and panoramic space capsules—all arranged as standalone units, each with its own private viewing terrace for maximum guest privacy. The architectural forms are deeply integrated with the vast desert landscape. At sunset, the entire sea of sand transforms into an orange ocean, inspiring the camp’s name: “Orange Sea.”
