About This Project

The project sits on a cliff-top highland of Jiaju Tibetan Village in Danba, Garzê, Sichuan, facing the Mordo Sacred Mountain valley. As a high-altitude mountain cliff wild-luxury resort, it adopts a modular prefabricated solution using a light steel structure. Guest room units are staggered along the mountainside with a split-level elevated layout, minimizing earth excavation and preserving the original forest and mountain terrain.

The overall design blends Tibetan cultural elements with a modern minimalist style. Guest rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass windows and outdoor terraces, and every room type comes standard with a private open-air hot spring soaking pool, delivering an integrated bathing and viewing experience. With a 270° panoramic view, guests can overlook the entire Tibetan village valley, the sea of clouds over the forested mountains, and the spectacular sunlit golden peaks. The modular units are delivered turnkey with fully finished interiors, incorporating wet/dry separated bathrooms, a whole-home smart system, and constant temperature facilities, fully optimizing thermal insulation, wind resistance, and moisture protection for the high-altitude cold region. The project is complemented by a complete range of amenities, including a suspended viewing reception lobby, a landscape restaurant, a multi-functional public area, and leisure terraces, combining accommodation, hot spring wellness, mountain sightseeing, and team-building and conferencing.
